If you are unhappy with your purchase please keep the box and return it to 3500 Buttonwood Drive Columbia, MO 65201. The customer pays the return shipping and is not the responsibility of 9APAIR.com First, please send an email to returns @9apair.com, if this is not done you will not be refunded. After this has been done and 9APAIR.com has responded, then you may ship the glasses to the above address. You must supply a copy of the receipt and a description of what you are returning and why as well as the glasses in original condition. If the returned glasses arrive within 60 days of receipt of payment you will be refunded. If your glasses don’t fit or are damaged while shipping we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase. All claims must be made 5 business days after receipt of the merchandise.
All Sunglass merchandise must be returned in original sellable condition as follows:
a) plastic sleeves on all glasses
b) no tags cut off
For exchanges and returns please save the box in which it arrived and send it to the above address. Again on returns or exchanges 9APAIR.com is not responsible for the return shipping. 9APAIR.com wants to make sure that you are satisfied with every pair of glasses you purchase. Q: Are all the glasses on this site really $ 9.00?
A: Yes, every designer, style, and color is $ 9.00. The $ 9.00 does not include shipping. Please see our shipping policy for shipping rates.
Q: What taxes will I pay?
A: If you have the glasses shipped within the state of Missouri you pay sales tax. (At the current rate of the city of Columbia of 7.35% which is about $ 0.66 for each pair) You can purchase them from any state in the United States but you only pay taxes if the glasses are shipped to Missouri.
Q: What is your Minimum Order?
A: There is not one. You can order 1 to dozens of glasses. If you require dozens, please email questions@9apair.com and special pricing can be arranged.
Q: How do I determine shipping cost?
A: Shipping is determined on the amount of the order was well as how fast you would like to reeived the order. We have shipping options and they are USPS first class, USPS piority, USPS Express, UPS ground, UPS 3 day select, and UPS 2nd day air. Prices on the UPS options are determined by order size, distance and the option selected.
