Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, If you are unhappy with your purchase please keep the box and return it to 923 Maryland Ave. Columbia, Mo 65201. The customer pays the return shipping and is not the responsibility of 9APAIR.com First, please send an email to returns @9apair.com, if this is not done you will not be refunded. After this has been done and 9APAIR.com has responded, then you may ship the glasses to the above address. You must supply a copy of the receipt and a description of what you are returning and why as well as the glasses in original condition. If the returned glasses arrive within 60 days of receipt of payment you will be refunded. If your glasses don’t fit or are damaged while shipping we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase. All claims must be made 5 business days after receipt of the merchandise.

All Sunglass merchandise must be returned in original sellable condition as follows:
a) plastic sleeves on all glasses
b) no tags cut off

For exchanges and returns please save the box in which it arrived and send it to the above address. Again on returns or exchanges 9APAIR.com is not responsible for the return shipping. 9APAIR.com wants to make sure that you are satisfied with every pair of glasses you purchase. We will work hard to make sure that your returns are handled swiftly and courteously.. You are protected from any fraudulent charges to your credit card if your credit card company is notified as provided with the cardholder agreement and applicable law.
